Why are wiki submissions always closed?

Has anyone else clicked on the "submit" button, and it says "We are currently not taking wiki submissions"?

I guess no one has bothered to take that off since we stopped doing the wiki

The wiki was closed ages ago - it was closed a little after realms came out as it was no longer needed.
