'The game broke! [java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Comparison method violates its general contract'

I have been getting this error for a long time now, and it seems to have occurred only when the latest version of java came out... Which was found to be causing the problem. Recent events however, dictate this to be incorrect as I have downgraded Java a multitude of times to no avail, only to find that the error has come back to haunt me and now as of 3 hours before the making of this thread, the World of Minecraft client has been giving my grief making World of Minecraft: Realms un-playable for any period of time longer than around 60 seconds.

Now, I have made a list of things I do around the time of this error occurring.

  • Pressing 'F' to change the fog setting multiple times will often cause this error to occur.
  • Looking at a small number of blocks, turning around, and looking at the whole realm also seems to make this error occur.
  • Going to certain realms. I can go to a certain realm of mine and this error will occur almost instantly. Could this be relative to the fact that my realm in particular often has a broken preview? I wander.
  • Pressing the 'F' key after a large cuboid.
  • Large cuboids

Sometimes, I will also find that the cursor will free itself and the game will freeze at random. It usually occurs when I move fast or press F to change the fog level. Around 10 seconds later the World of Minecraft client discontinues to respond.
NOTE:  **I have re-install the World of Minecraft game client multiple times, as with Java using multiple versions**

I have no problem except with lag, but, are we able to run the client with 64-bit java?
