The server really needs more mods, this is for sure. 85% of the time <WM> is not on or does not respond... We NEED more mods! Here are some reasons why:
- <WM> is hardly on
- <WM> hardly responds due to whatever offline/afk
- No mods are on during off peak times hardly
- People break the rules a lot more during off peak times
- When <WM> is on he/she is late at responding, or doesn't respond at all
- Many people agree that there needs to be more mods
- Many people are willing to become mods
- Mods can also help with the stress level of owners/operators
- Adding new mods can quickly stop arguments before they get out of control
- More mods just makes sense!

WM won't respond to general chit-chat or irrelevant questions." -- Okay thats all fine except <WM> hardly answers to any of what you listed there... the only time he/she does is during peak times, In the morning (7-11 AM EST) its like <WM> is not on people bypass the filter say what they please... And it is upsetting for me because i have a little on watching me play and plays me from time to time, and i don't want them introduced to such things so early. Yes i can /global but he wants to talk too, so i don't do that. And Then theres /ignore <username> sometimes i'm out of the room and cant tell him to type that what do i do then? You did say its a family oriented server and i just want you to look into it and see if you need to add staff or be more strict on them. He is 4 and already asking why people bypass the filter to say the cuss words and why they are bypassed. For his age i don't want to tell him what they mean.

WM's job is not to answer questions faster than you guys, but to answer questions officially. If you guys want to play "beat WM to the answer" then if WM is typing an answer and sees someone else answer they will just leave it.
There will never be community mods again. You guys are inherently power hungry and go crazy with a little power. It's happened so many times that we've completely sworn off community based moderation.
There are a set of rules, many of the things that are upsetting you may be upsetting to you but if not against the rules WM will not intercede. For example, there's nothing against arguing. WM may ask arguers to take it out of global somewhere private if it's getting too spammy however. But people are completely free to argue with whomever they please or not.
As always if someone specific is being annoying to you, you're welcome to /ignore them. If global chat annoys you use /global. There are tools available to deal with these issues yourself.
