Hello everyone!

Old Age Pensioners is a so called NKND server, which stands for No Kids, No Drama. Because we do not allow people to become members under the age of 15, the drama is significantly lower compared to other servers and becomes a safe haven for mature players. The youngest player on OAP is 15, the oldest is 59 years old and thats no joke! We don't have exact numbers, but we estimate the average age on the server is early 30's.

The original idea was to create a newbie-friendly environment and to become a nice and relaxed community, specifically aimed at a more mature audience than other servers might aim for. Therefore we have set up a few rules and guidelines if you want to become a builder on OAP. Please note that we are not whitelisted and do not use these forums to boost our post's viewcount. Anyone is welcome to join and have a look as long as they have an MCBans reputation of at least 8.00 or higher.

When you first join the server, you will spawn into the rules room. Take my advice and actually read all the signs before you say you are ready for the test. This test is a simple in-game question and answer where you press buttons to go give answers and go to the next question. If you've read the rules, there should be no reason you shouldn't pass this test.

We are very careful of who we allow on the server, to protect our loyal members from any griefing, stealing or other trouble.

When you get past the initial tests, you (if everything else is in order) will be promoted to Builder and you can roam free where you like on our massive map (6000 block radius). We suggest you go to the tutorial area provided in the spawn area and see further commands and a brief explanation of them there. After you familiarize yourself with the commands you can choose between running around yourself or taking a subway line to another town. Our subway system consists of several dozen of miles of track, leading to almost every place you would want to be. If you like what you have just read and we haven't put you off yet, you are most likely planning to connect to our server very soon. In that case, we hope to see you very shortly and looking forward to speaking to you.
