I'd just like to point out, that the forums is probably not the place to report these things.
If someone is breaking the rules you should go to womjr.com/irc and contact a staff member there.
Also, it would probably be a good idea to upload screen-shots of the player breaking the rules as proof.
-I'm no staff member, but I would recommend not asking them to "silence him or ban him" The staff will will know what to do and will deal with them accordingly.
