another problem with hacks

The command prompt opens up and it asks me for my log-in information; I've got it saved. I hit go or enter, but it doesn't load the Java.
I've done all I can to my abilities to try and fix the problem. I don't normally work with command prompt, and I don't know anything about Java.
I have the correct log-in information; everything is right. I was using it yesterday, and it was loading almost immediately but now it sometimes doesn't even open the log-in, so I have to close out and open it (command prompt) a few more times for it to even open the log-in, but it's yet today opened the servers.

I've now had the command prompt open for ten minutes and the Java still hasn't opened, so it's not about being impatient - something is wrong, and I can't figure it out.
