Just got MCAdmin and set up my server just for fun. dont wanna have like guest room/advbuilder or something like that but is there some plugin or setting that i can use to make the server anti grief proof from guests but still let builder to build?

I'm not sure about mcadmin, however in Fraft one can zone certain areas to a specific rank, this can be useful for saving quality builds etc.
It's also advisable to have a world for users who freshly join, like a lobby, with build restrictions. (So guests cant build there)
most grievers are about 10 and unable to work out the complexities of joining different worlds, so having a lobby with build restrictions disuades children from being childish.
AFAIK There is nothing that will differentiate between a guest who is building and a guest who is grieving. That's what admins are for. :)
