I know all the staff are working hard on the server and what i'll say is probably the last thing that will go through their mind. I wanted to ask if there was eventually going to be a PvP arena like there was in the old SMP where Chris10100 made a coliseum.

:( I really liked fighting in SMP, but oh well if I think of something else i'll post it on here. Also there can be where you don't run in and you jump down a square and you wait 10 seconds to warp out. Just an idea for the future if the *Purple* people decide to implement a pvp arena. :)

I think it's possible to make an Arena server at the main World of Minecraft spawn. There are 4 different exits, which are leading to SMP, SMP and PvP. The last corner of the spawn hasn't been taken. I guess that that is the perfect place to arrange an Arena server. :)

Well it can be done, http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-mods/playervaults/ HELLO.... maybe snow will see this and get the PvP Arena back on the SMP map and not deal with that problem again

Do you actually look at the plugins you suggest? All that does is give them another chest for them to put stuff in.. Literally just a condensed locker room. Or a portable, bigger enderchest for people. Would not do anything for any of the problems i said.

Going with this, I suggested arenas a while ago, but in the form of how we used to have spleef, if that could be an option.

Or player's can have no chests only enderchest to store the values, and there can be a comp on who ever builds the best arena if that staff don't feel like making it. :3

The problem with that was that it caused far more problems than it was worth. We had problems with people running I'm who weren't in the fight stealing all the stuff, people who said they would give stuff back and then didn't, and lots of arguing. No matter how many signs we put up saying don't take anything into the arena that you cared about losing, staff still had to get involved all the time. Therefore an arena like that on the SMP server is unlikely at the current time. An arena like that elsewhere though...........
