Assistance please. "Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login."

Everytime i try to "sign in" option or resume on World of Minecraft client it says
"Unable to authenticate
Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login."
My password and username are 100% correct but apparently i can't sign in using World of Minecraft client. Anyone got any ideas of how i can stop this problem? Photo below of the problem.
