That completely removes the survival aspect of minecraft, if we were going to add that, we may as well make it so no one can die.

Jak didnt disable it, MrSnowGlobe did as its not ment for users to use only moderators and admin to use cause its the quickest way for them to get back to their build/project when they are done helping a member. in Vanilla minecraft there is no back so member are not going to get it period.

using the back command would ruin a part of minecraft.
minecraft is about adventure and exploring so if you put /back in it kinda destroys the purpose.
also /back may get you spawn killed which does make people whine.
e.g you fell of a cliff and you get stuck in a recouring fall loop

I lost fully enchanted diamond armor and sword. Twice in one day! That my big lost. What to do. Move on. Wear leather for awhile. Nobody going to whip you for it. Go mining for more diamonds as you sulk about it help too. Who knows, I may find enough gold to dress up as golden boy! Enchant that. Bam!

I had just purchased a store, and I warped away to build a house. I could not find my store for another 15 mins because I could not use back. Just saying. I will not complain any further.
