You can make a multiplayer server for... one player so I guess it's not really multi-player but... okay yah whatever confused now gonna go lie down

You might be able to. But maybe only with certain mods. I am unsure about this. Maybe you should just run a multiplayer server for yourself so you can just run the plugins?

But you can get the fly stuff for the World of Minecraft client, though. But i can't run it for some odd reason.

Somehow when I try to download something, it just says you need to download this 'link' then I when there only to find same stuff over again.

hi im jason i saw your problem and i have the same problem but i go through all the files and look up the data so like wene i dloaded map editer my file to put in to was "mapstarter-v 1"

juat type / to start a command phrase. then type /help for a bunch of commands
it depends on server software too. like regular, and mclawl, mc forge and World of Minecraft...

I think you should try looking on youtube, for now. Until someone replies, just try that for now. And i dont think you can put plugins/mods on single player, that is only for multiplayer.
