Being "frozen" by someone who is unhappy with me?? PLEASE HELP

I'm kind of new to minecraft and I was in a lobby labeled. "free build". So I pissed off this guy and he "freezes" me. The chat thing said "lilkicker680 has been frozen" and I couldn't move. How did he do it, how can I do it, and how can I be invincible to it? I really want to know

This is on another server, not World of Minecraft. It is their choice of what they do to you. If you don't want to be "frozen" then you can play on any World of Minecraft servers.
