Black Screen Error

Hello all, I am pretty pissed since I got the game not too long ago, and now the black screen is not allowing me to play.
I have taken the following steps to fix it
- Updated Java
- Uninstalled and Reinstalled Minecraft
- Deleted .bin file in %allapps%
- Restarted Computer
and the program still turns to a black screen
I am allowed to login and it shows the MOJANG logo, than it turns to the black screen and never makes progress after that.
Anyone who can please at least give me a suggestion or any information, I would appreciate a reply.

Im using Windows with Vista Home Premium
My video drivers are all updated, I was playing 2 hours ago, this problem just started, and no mods

What operating system are you using? (Eg. Mac, windows, linux)
Have you had problems with your video card lately?
Are you using any mods?
