There is no way to hatch the egg, it is just there for decoration.

well spawn eggs but i dont think the ender dragon has one or if you were on the PC version it would be with a few plugins/mods

You can only spawn dragons in Minecraft PC, using the mod Too Many Items. Use a block called Enderdragon spawner. Only obtainable in Too Many Items Mod on Minecraft PC.
There is no way you can do it on Xbox.

The are spawn eggs for all Entities. That includes giants, primed TNT and minecarts :P
