Can't build outside guest area on citybuild even though im a member

Hey there.
So i went on to playing Minecraft, entered the citybuild server and when i tried to place a block outside the guest area, this message shows:
Denied: Restricted to guest area. See /upgrade
I tried to place a block on other areas and it still shows the message.
I can only build on guest area...

Guests CAN NOT build outside the guest area.

You are put on probation after being a spectator. You can only build in the guest area until your probation time is over. Topic Locked.
