i go to either the sp or mp version of MC:classic and it loads then a popup appears saying "pixel format not accelerated. does anyone have any ideas?

First find out what kind of graphics card you have. What operating system are you using? (windows vista? xp? 7? ...mac?)

Ok, click start, in the search box type run and hit enter, type dxdiag and hit enter, now click display, it should tell you under "Name:"

Ok, well i'm sure its a graphics driver problem, you can search the error on the site to see how many people have asked this.
i'm not sure what to tell you, you could try uninstalling catalyst control center and your drivers completely and doing a fresh install. Making sure you're getting the correct drivers (you went to desktop-x series-x1xxx-vista 64 or 32 bit, im assuming. You sure you chose the right bit (32 or 64?)).

These are all of the posts on these forums of people having this problem. Again, all i can think of is doing a fresh install (completely uninstall it, then install the newest version), something might have gone wrong with the update.
