Unable To Authenticate

your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login
check out the picture below to see the message
at the moment im blaming it on the fact that my internet has slowed down because of my usage but i dont think that should effect it.
Need an answer soon, thank you

hmmm

either its because minecraft.net has been down a lot recently
OR
because you need to use your minecraft.net password and NOT your World of Minecraft password

to recap, that IS the minecraft.net password

either that or your internet is just messed up

i did type in my minecraft.net password and after 10 times i tried my World of Minecraft password and ive tried but my friends can login but i cant. i have the full version of minecraft also i DID buy it

not working!!

I have the same problem.
I've changed my password, as someone advised in another question.
But that still hasn't got World of Minecraft to work or let me log in to it.
All my friends seem to have it working though.
PLEASE HELP!!!

can't even go to minecraft.net

I have the same problem, and I can't even go to minecraft with my lap top, the site only works on my ipod touch...

If it says that...

If it says unable to authenticate then it is most likely to be because your World of Minecraft client is out of date, download the latest version from the downloads section of this website.
