I can't get in World of Minecraft client... I log in and it says "unable to authenticate your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login"

I have the latest game client and I entered in my correct username and password for Minecraft and I even re-typed my username and password and it still won't go.

sorry man, it didnt work for me
did i do it right?
i did change pass on this site then changed it back on this site to its original pass and then i logged in on client and it said unable to authenticate ,......etc.

I have a problem as well. I can only resume on one particular server, but i cant log on to any oter using World of Minecraft. and when I go to minecraft.net to play in browser i get the applet error 5. Please help thanx.

Use Java 6 instead of Java 7.

So its been a while since i played minecraft but not much has changed, i just downloaded the newest World of Minecraft client and it went smoothly, once i downloaded it i entered my user/pass and it keeps telling me unable to authenticate, and when it actually does let me log in, it wont let me play on any servers, says my server ip, port, etc are missing but they arent.....
