Change colors???

So hello guys
i need help
my problem is :
I will change the colors in my server for example the elite black to red
when i change the color in src folder it doesnt work
but i see in much servers that they changed
so guys please help me that i can change
in the /help menu of my server

ok i use miner cpp
and i will change my colors
for example Elite = dark grey
and Admin = red
how i can change the colors and comands in the menu
i mean how i change th comads that i can see them in the server
