Client Question - Help Please!

I have the client working fine and everything, but is there a way for me to load a map I have saved to a flash drive? Cuz usually when I hit Esc, I have an option to load the file, but not in the client. Is there something that I'm not doing right?

Hold on, levels save as
Hold on, levels save as .mine, and the uploader asks for .dat.......could I just rename the file? What do I have to do?
