It seems I have finally, after trial and error, have getting my server running with cmss. I must thank the kind lads at the minecraft.net forums for this, but when I asked why I cant log on to my server in the World of Minecraft client, I were told that they doesn't know enough about that. I went to the place I got the client, here.

Starting up the server goes just great, and it seems I can log on to the server from a browser - although the server does not, of unexplained reasons, recognize me as admin - but when I try to log on from the World of Minecraft client, I get this odd message on the cmss cmd thing:

"  Exception in thread "Thread-2" java.lang.OutofMemoryError: Java heap space
   at java.util.Arrays.copyOf (Unknown Source)
   at com.mojang.minecraft.level.Level.copyBlocks(Unknown Source)
   at com.mojang.minecraft.server.d.a(Unknown Source)
   at com.mojang.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.c(Unknown Source)
   at com.mojang.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(Unknown Source)
   at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)  "

This slightly annoys me. Now, I know it can be fixed, but I don't have the proper know-how to do that, so I'm counting on you people. Keep in mind I will (probably) make anyone that helps me on this Controller on my server. If that is reward enough. Thanks in advance.

How much RAM do you have? It seems that Java is running out of memory.

0.99gb. My computer is a little old. But I never had this problem when I was running the server with another script. Is there any easy way to solve this, or will I have to buy a new computer?

You don't have to get a new PC.

Exit other programs while running these together, should free up some memory.

I have downloaded a RAM

I have downloaded a RAM optimizer (totally legit), and it if nothing gave me an idea of how much CPU the server and client takes. And it makes no sense that loging on to my server with a client takes ten times the CPU needed to start the server and client combined! I'm sure the problems is somewhere else, it got to be. Any other educated guesses, here?

hmm

Yes any client is going to take more ram loading than the server.

You either need to install more memory or have less stuff running at the same time.

With 1gb of memory, hosting a server and using a client (along with other programs) will likely not be enough.

Server probably needs about 250meg, client needs 512meg (default settings) + other programs and O/S you don't have much breathing room.
