Connectioning to server issues

Well now, Out of the blue Im getting
Internal exception: Java.IOException: Bad packet id 192
and
Exception Connectiong:ReadTimeoutException : null
Any steps on figuring out how to fix this?

bad packet, just join it again and it should be fixed.
and the server is down?

About the bad packet thing, quite a few people have been getting that recently, it basically means that the server isn't communicating with your machine properly, simply trying to connect again should fix that (when the server is up).
