I purchased minecraft over a week ago, and still have not received a premium status. I also did not get a verification email with a transaction ID, I have filled out help emails on the minecraft website but haven't been replied to. Has this happened to anyone else, can anyone help me?

If you bought a premium MINECRAFT ACCOUNT, that's just for Minecraft. All that allows you to do is play the full Minecraft, and get skins. Getting World of Minecraft: Realms - premium is a completely separate thing, which must be purchased separately. If that's what you mean.

My problem isn't with this website I bought the game minecraft almost two weeks ago and I still can't play because it says I'm not a premium user. The money from the purchase was taken from my bank account, but I didn't receive a transaction ID which the minecraft website minecraft.net told me I should have received. http://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/329521-what-if-something-went-wrong- at this link I have filled out the trouble form and this was about a week ago I still haven't been replied too.

U mean the premium in World of Minecraft:Realms......if so its a completely different thing.....u have to buy it separately
