I built a really awesome house thing on singleplayer, and saved it as a schematic and I was wondering if i upload that schematic and paste it, does it count towards rep?

Well, normal pasting doesn't give rep, and Schematic is only for Beta Singleplayer, so you can't really 'paste' it.
