I know the presious version they took Herobrine out but I've been seeing him on a server that has 1.4.6. I know the owner a bit and he doesn't have a plugin or mod that spawns Herobrine or anything like that. Heres a pic I got I took of him yesterday when know one was near me.

On that server we did run into an issue with Herobrine saying the same thing on the chat. Not sure if that was the owner messing around or not.

But it's wierd though not even the owner knows how he's popping up. It did just start a day or so ago so we're thinking its a hacker of some sort. I figured he wasn't on because I've seen him get taken out on all the previous versions. Thanks. I'll have a chat with the owner and fix this issue.
Off topic but what did Herobrine do? Because right now hes randomly poping up and people are geting hit with debuffs and wither and signs are showing up with: Stop. Never for get.

Like what did Herobrine do when he was on the old versions. I started playing minecraft on 1.2.5 so I don't know what he did. For all I know hes your imagination.

Herobrine has never been in minecraft without mods, and probably never will be.
It was never in the game, it was a joke that they kept saying that they took it out.

If you saw it on a server, it was either some form of plugin to add the mob, or something to change names. So yeah, just the owner messing with you.
(Before loads of people come on arguing this, don't bother, you are wrong, herobrine is not in vanilla minecraft and I will delete posts that are wrong.)
