Hi, the Elite Builders was started by me. The clans aim is for it to be a fun, enjoyable clan which takes part in group projects once and a while. Since this is the clans aim you require a level of activity and be a reasonably good builder. There is no rules on what rank you need to be to join, just based on skill and activity. So, if you want to join, fill out a clan application (found on the World of Minecraft:Realms site, in the Reputation Store), then comment under this post and I will send you a clan invite. Once you have joined you will have access to the clans world, which is, /realm roland223 Clan.I'll see you in game.

Sounds like a good clan but you have to start small you can just ask for the best builders out there it's not that easy. once you have a small base of about 15 members then you can start asking for the best builders. hope this helped :D
