I have found that one name "EVA_Spartan_213" suggests that his a moderator, though it is clearly stated here, http://www.worldofminecraft.com/content/who-are-staff-updated-list, that he/she is in face, not a moderator in the PvP server, though he/she exerts him/herself as a moderator, and even muted me, irratates me to levels of dissatifaction, and dissappointment in the server and community itself. He stated that I "disrespected" him, though all I said was that I give respect to those who deserve it. This "incident" I believe, was uncalled for, and the mute, was unneccesary.

you need to learn to respect all staff if you read the rules it will tell you that, and i am moderator on pvp as a matter of fact, H4X said so himself, quote "Moderate PvP from IRC", hence the fact that you chose not to listen and proceded to disrespect me.
