An Exception to the bot rule?

Coming across the rules; I've noticed that you weren't allowed for bots. I can see how they can be used for trouble; but I need an bot for a certain role play, and my realm could be enhanced.
I pledge that I will not use it for trouble.

bots NPC and AI are all bannable so dont give the idea of NPC

Bots can be used to mass level accounts, as each block placed by the bot counts as rep, and you can make the bot do a /fill and each block would be counted as legit, and that would give mass amounts of rep within seconds. Please, suggest NPC's instead.
