I was trying earlier to do this and I uploaded the picture I wanted and It just appeared the Batman picture I have, so I decided to ask for help on the forums.

If you went to my account, and then edit, and tried to edit your profile picture, and it didn't work, the picture was probably too big. Try resizing or finding a smaller one.
