I would like some feed back on the raffle i did for 64 diamonds. For those who didn't know of this I gave away 64 diamonds in a raffle with no fee at spawn.
I would like some feedback on if this was a good idea, if i should do more raffles and if there is anything I might change. thanks -arrowthefighter

im not sure of a good way to advertise. and i could make a entry qualification but i don't want to exclude some people, meaning i would like for everone to be able to enter

Having a qualification to enter doesn't mean not everyone can enter, just make it a simple but fun little challenge.
Like:
"Get a screenshot of a creeper, a skeleton, and a spider in the same image"
"Get a screenshot of any jockey mob"
"Get a screenshot of an iron ore and a coal ore in the same screenshot"
Something simple but not too simple.

edit: also what should i put in my next raffle, saying that i do another one, i had an idea for a whole bunch of coal or maybe a full set of enchanted tools or somthing

Prizes are up to you, whatever you're willing to part with is good.
Just remember that the challenge has to be at least equal to whatever you prize is. People aren't going to go try and get a screenshot of 600 chickens in one place for a 64 stack of dirt.

Any screenshot of 600 chickens will be followed by me on a mad chicken extermination before numbers get out of control ;)

lol thats a good point artbot, although i probly won't be giving away a stack of dirt like ever, although u never know.
Also, is there a notice board or somthing at spawn?? Cause that would be a good place to advertise.
And i just got a good qualification "take a screenshot of you telling someone else about the Give away" theres good advertising ;)

You can pretty much just stay "Im giving x away, apply on the forums" on the server. Anyone who is paying attention and cares will apply. :p
You can repeat yourself a couple times, but try to keep it down to once an hour.

Have some kind of entry qualification. Like people have to complete a task with proof to enter.
And maybe advertise your event a little more because I'm sure not many people knew about it.
