Got silenced and demoted

Not sure if this is the right place to do this but:
Recently while playing minecraft on the world of minecraft server I was demoted from member to guest and permanently silenced by an admin. Can I get unsilenced please? I don't worry too much about being demoted. Just not being able to talk is extremely annoying.

The spectator form says "probation" at the bottom, but I still cant talk on the world of minecraft server... Is this right?
