I was wondering if it's possible to enable or allow players when they resize there claims if they can overright or make another claim they made part of the resized claim?

I tried to do that but every time it says: Can't resize here because it would overlap another nearby claim.

You have to remove your other claim first. There's no way to combine them. Just abandon one, and then resize the other to cover everywhere the one you just abandoned was.

You can definitely do that. Just right-click on the edge of the claim with a wooden shovel and right-click again where you want it resized. Hope I helped!
