You are nearly there because you have signed up on here now all you need to do is talk to a moderator or above in game (red, blue or yellow names) and ask them can you be a member! And read /policy in game. :)

Do you mean you want to be a member or to be able to build in the guest area? Being in here means that you can be a member in game. But if the latter; you signed up on this website to be able to build in the member's area. Choose one or the other :/
