Hacks don't work on server with hacks enabled

None of the hacks don't work. I connect to the server normally, but the hacks just don't work. I've deleted and downloaded the client again and again but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

first, do http://www.worldofminecraft.com/blog/1434 for all your minecraft accounts, then, if you are not a spectator, are you trying to noclip (x)? To check that it isnt the server, go onto any World of Minecraft server. All client abilities are activated on those. If the problem still persists, are there any errors in the cmd line that pops up, or anything that looks weird?
