Installing textures easily!

I am making a halo texture pack if any one wants to help just send me a Pm saying how you are going to help and you will get credit aswell.
To Do List
1.Make armor into halo armor 100%
2.Make textures 50%
3.Re texture minecart and boat 50%
4.Make road texture for minecrat tracks 100%
5.Re texture pictures80%
6.Re texture ladder , red dust , sign , doors and windows 95%
7.Re texture tnt 100% (but i might change it)
8.Re texture mobs 25%
9.Re texture weapons 25%
10.Mobs randomly drop skulls 0% (I might not be able to put this in the pack because i only know a bit off coding but we will see)

Beta will be realeased on the 19th of december 2010

I will have to only pick around 5-8 people to be aloud to get beta so the people that want beat just send PM me saying "Beta" and i will choose 5 or 8 people to give the beta to on the 19th of december.

I have given the beta pack to 3 people so i expect them to not brake the terms of conditions as i told them and respond to me saying wat needs to be changed and stuff
Please respond saying wat i need to change in a pm ok beta testers and do not reveal who you are . And as planned i will still be giving beta to the other people on the 19th of december.

So i gave up on beta i will just realease the pack and update it every week or so i will post link tommorow.
Update i added file to forum just download the beta and tell me of bugs i will update it in a week .

I will work on skins for the mobs if that is OK. Just post links to pictures of the baddies.

slime = flood carrier
spider = flood infector
skeleton = flood elite
zombie = flood marine

slime should not be a flood carrier the creeper blowes up like a carrier. slime looks like a infection form and the spider like a infector form (check the difference on halopedia).

Cool but how do you install the texture pack?

Just go into start/allprograms/accessories/run/type in %appdata%/.minecraft/bin then open minecraft jar with WinRar or another zip program and move all of the files into it.

You might have some serious issues or something or maybe your incapable of presenting your complaints in a polite way. Either way I don't think Minecraft would not 'work' if it truly does not then don't use the texture pack. Profanity was not necessary.

I installed the texture pack using winRAR but now my minecraft just freeze's on the 'done loading' screen ;s
I've deleted the texture pack, and Minecraft but no luck?

Navigate yourself to C:\Users\[UserName]AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Then delete the bin folder, once deleted run Minecraft and it should work :D

That's strange. It didn't open for me either. It says the file cannot open because it is invalid. Do you think that we may be using different file formats?

Well i do use a differnt file format maybe thats why i will try it with winRAR ok . And again sorry guys i didnt know it was breaking your minecrafts .
P.S i do not reccomend any one to download the pack untill tuesday ok :)

all you have to do is ; right click on the ZIP. file, and select open with ZIP and extract all.

Change the WinRar settings to UnZip corrupted files, then you can see the problem, and tell the texture pack creator.
