ok i am a collage student so the only way i can get this game is buy getting gift cards and using them trough paypal normal that has worked for me but for some reason the cards wont work for getting things anymore i tried it with 4 diff card types and all i get is <Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card> and yes i did enter all my info correct and to be on the safe side i tried these cards on the sight i normally use em on (its gaia online) and they would not work still one person told me to link my bank account to paypal but i dont want to do that since it would be for only this game so now im now at a dead end what do i do?

i live in the usa and well im one of those who dose not trust any sight that claims they are "safe" i know hackers can still get my info O.o call me a worrywort but to tell you the truth i dont trust anyone unless if i know them

1. You can easily link your account, pay for it, and unlink.
2. Notch is trusted. We wouldn't have given him our money freely if we didn't trust him to make something we'd pay for before he made it. It may seem like a long-shot, but he's gotten this far, and people are generally pleased and don't regret pre-buying the game.

same thing happened to me i got a debit card for visa and it doesnt accept it

i cant get any cards at all, no credit cards or gift cards...
is there no way to pay with paypal ONLY?

You could always give someone else YOU KNOW money and ask them to transfer money over to your paypal account.

Try making a Paypal account for a different country(example: Canada) and use the credit card on it. Accounts in the USA require you to verify ownership, which complicates things a lot.

Uh, where are you? where I live you don't use gift cards through paypal, just link your bank account to it, you'll find that you'll use it more in the long run anyway.
