Players i have a shocking story. There was no mods or hacks
I wanted minecraft. So my freind got me the cracked minecraft for me that was in alpha. i started to play. While we were mining in a cave a strang figure ran across the room and attacked me. my freinds said it was a player with white eyes cause my freinds were watching. Herobrine.

Herobrine is fake. f-a-k-e. If you look in minecraft explorer pro, somewhere you'll see an article from Notch saying "We never really put Herobrine" or something like that. It was probaly a glitch or you were just seeing things.

When i purchased minecraft,i sorta found some chest,it had a book,only had a book...i took it and read it,it says: "I am coming for you. -Herobrine" I turned around, i a ladder,i climbed it,then boom,herobrine popped up in my face.

UNLESS:
You are using a mod that places him in the game
OR
You have an edited texture pack which replaces a mob/block with a herobrine skin.
So for all the people who are saying that they just bought the game and haven't installed any mods or anything, please stop lying.

But my friends played XboX and herbine was in it how u come firm that? and they didnt use a hack/cheat/download to make it happen so he is real just its like almost in possible to find him.

In the XBox version, you can now get skins (Not custom made though) and you can also get skin packs.
One of the skins either in the default skin pack, or one of the others is Herobrine, therefore, it was just another player.
(If you were playing offline it wasn't real, as you couldn't have seen him)

No Usoka Yes ik all that about the skins but u dont get it i was even there when it happend
and herrbine was there and the only way it was not herrbine is if it was a multiplayer
witch was not my friend and i was in the single player one, (and we did not were herrbine skins)
so first if all u are wrong Usoka because i looked at it and for sure it was not a zombie just to tell u.

Austin u dont even get it notch has a real brother and he died and his username was herrbine
so notch in honer of his brother he made herrbine in the real game, Do any of u guys get it allready?

Cartose, either you are an idiot, or a bad troll, neither is a good thing.
Notch has said many times that herobrine was never added into the game by them, and that it only exists in mods, and that he didn't ever have a brother who died who's username was herobrine.
The person who does have the username herobrine still plays minecraft, and this seems to be pretty good proof that he is still alive.

He is a legend and it is very apparent this person doesn't know the myth they are trying to portray very well seeing as he doesn't engage the player or move for that much. You turn around and he's there, That's how it goes.
