Build excellent stuff. And don't ask for it. There's plenty of things in the forums that can give you tips on how to build well. Also, build stuff you find fun, otherwise it gets boring... and sloppy from not caring about it.

In order to become a designer on World of Minecraft you must build something that we find impressive on our servers. We also would like it if you don't pester staff to look at your builds all the time and also don't ask staff for promotion.
In order to get Arch you must be a designer first.
