Problem is at java command

I have had trouble with World of Minecraft for a while, but that's not why I'm here. I'll post that seperately. This is about the debug process.

I have used worldofminecraft.com/debug to try and fix the problem, but I can't get past stage 2.

After cd \womtest​ , when I enter any command beginning with ​java , it returns that java isn't a valid command.

Thoughts?
