I don't know why but the little gray bar is empty andit seems to bug me because I really want it to be a little bit filled like the other contributors but it isn't? Is the bar filled by staff? Or it fills itself. Thanks and please let me know!!!

I believe you get "Contributor" at 200 points. You currently have about 170 points

It is supposed to be contributor at 150, and contributor+ at 1000. The titles are still working, just the badge is broken.
