I'm new at Minecraft and I have a Classic server. I have no idea how to install the World of Minecraft plugin or even where to download. Please help me!

I am looking for an admin

I am looking for an admin plugin/mod. I thought that is what World of Minecraft was. I was apparently wrong. If someone could direct me to a good admin plugin/mod for Classic then I would be thankful.

1.The bigbrother mod/plugin, as far as I know it is used alongside the bukkit server setup.I would provide a link but I am at school.

World of Minecraft Client

The World of Minecraft client is a client which gives you the ability to fly,no-clip and walk around faster. If you want the link here it is http://www.worldofminecraft.com/Game_Client.
The client is not a server plugin or mod.
