Sorry to say, but with a title like that, most of the community will not want to help you. Please refer to the posting rules and guidlines for support. What may be happening is your firewall is blocking Minecraft. Are you running on a server with an external firewall? If not, use Google to find out how to allow the client through the Local firewall, and hopefully that will work.
Finally, make sure you are updated to the latest version.
