I was given a seven day ban shortly after logging off today, just wondering why that is?

The message was a little vague to be honest (and a tad bit misleading) stating that I had actually griefed a mob grinder. I assume you mean the place with the skeleton grinder, enchantment table, and multiple chests?
I admit I did take a half-broken bow with Power 2; has anyone else from my party (Wolfina2, Musicman23, or Nirad187) recieved a similar ban to your knowledge?

Sorry about the misleading message, there were some blocks removed by yourself and another that opened the grinder up to a cave.
Misicman also currently has a ban.
I hope the attached picture clarifies what I can see you taking, there was some melon also but that's not included in the current lookup command.

I was also given a ban and i think it is not really fair :
I admit, I have sometimes used this farm too, but I 1) always just pick few things or things I have harvested myself, 2) also add many things to these chests and always replant after harvest something.
I have maybe take items in the chests of the xp farm, but I think I put in even more items, so it's more "just using" the public farm than "stealing".
But indeed the last time i was there, i saw that many things was not here anymore (for example all the bones and all the arrows) and many armour and bow was missing too. But it wasn't me, because i always pay attention to let many things in these chests, (approximately) as many as it was when i first came.
So I think i can ask to be unbanned because i really dont have neither "grieffed" nor "steal", but just "used" the farm with respect (i think). And I admit I have used and then broke the anvil, but as soon as i return there i'll replace it by an other one.

@Vam - You took out a stack of carrots and a few other minor items from memory. Considering that the user who reported the grief said "these chests have been griefed and I have lost some items", It seems like you did steal some things.
For future reference: Please make a thread dedicated to your issue and not posting it in someone else's thread.

Yes I surely have, but considering that 1) it is a farm and 2) I don't have just "took out" things, but also put some and harvest some, i think it's the purpose of a farm and I never feel like stealing anyone.
Now, you're the admin and I'm the member, so you do what you think is fair, but i was just saying that i never "steal" but just took out and put back things into chests.

I've unbanned you.
Have gone through the logs again and I can see you're telling the truth. (Though the number of items were the same)
Best policy on a grinder with a sign like this:
on the entrance is to avoid using the chests if it's unclaimed.
As the chests are now claimed I'll recommend the claim owner trust you in the claim or add in a subclaim for you.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, There was a lot of Items removed overall so the logs were complicated to go through.
