I don't go on irc a lot, but today i went on and i was about to join a different channel. At the moment i was in the #World of Minecraft channel, and i accidently typed in the channel i was about to join in the chat. Now when i try going on irc, it says im banned. Can you please unban me because it was an accident.

I think it was most likely some sort of a glitch. I hate to ask this, but what is the irc ip?

I was there when it happened. I'd say it was probably because when you typed that channel, they thought you were advertising. I wouldn't know, honestly. Go to one of the ops and tell them what happened.

When i was trying to join a channel when i was on #World of Minecraft, i accidently typed in the other channel in the chat bar on #World of Minecraft and pressed enter. The ops probally thought i was advertising so can someone unban me?
