Issue with client: Servers not loading

This did not happen before, but I just redownloaded the client, moved the minecraft.jar file into lib and ran the client. Now, the server list does not appear and my existing bookmarks simply generate new levels.
I move minecraft.jar back to the other client (same version) and into the lib folder, hoping that it would continue to work as it did previously, but the same problem occurs. I have included the client folder for download in case you might want a look at it.

I think that this may just be that the site is down, not servers, I cant get to minecraft.net

make sure you are putting you Minecraft credentials in correctly. Capital letters DO count. ex: fisheatsbear <wrong Fisheatsbear< right
