It is most likely fake.
In the very small chance it isn't fake, though, typing in /hacks into a server isn't enough reason to have you arrested. :)

The FBI does not send 'alerts' like that. They send agents to your door. I should know as my father was an FBI agent for 27 years and I was with him many many times, more times than i can count, inside the office, and was around agents all my life. So trust me. Like i said in my above post. Total fake out by the server owner.

Yeah I always tricked people into typing that on this one classic server but it was just a troll set up by admins

If you have purchased Minecraft, open your client, sign in, and click multiplayer. I think it is add server or direct connect (if not look around, you should be smart enough to find a button that connects to something). Type in the IP address "smp.womjr.com" and connect. Not hard.

its a command on softwares like; mcforge and mcstorm, the basic function is to kick the user who executes the command, with a custom kick message.
