For those who dont know, i am somwhat being forced out of World of Minecraft by a few people and since of that, i will give my rant that i have been holding back for so long. also this post will be given to H4X so if this post is modify before he can see it, he will have a full un-modify copy.
First THE STAFF
lets go from lease to most.
Junkworld: Ever since he was promoted to trusted, he has done nothing but troll me and my girl by hitting our dogs, coming to our area way after we told him to leave, and abuse of postion.
Yenwood: First is first, he has been abusing his powers towards me non stop. now he is saying i have been disrespectful to the staff witch in case is not true as the server logs (more then one is recoreded i know for a fact) will show that.
Now for the big one
MrSnowGlobe: for the past year since i was demoted i was dealing with more stuff from him the most. He is so power hungry and has the biggest ego on the server to date. All the staff that left (even nichbal) just due to how he was running the server and the staff be so laxed with the rules. a lot of the staff has abused their powers with a ton of the staff non-stop but you only target people who are not staff and say that they are abusing the staff. It also seams like that if they are not your friend in real life, then they have no chance in being staff. more then just me have seen it.
Now THE SERVER,
The server has turned into snow's little play world with testing a ton of different stuff. from time to time its goes down and its due to a problem with the custom coding of the plugins. Now with the lobby and cmp and hub with a new hunger games server network, when will it end? it just seams like he just wants to add plugins after plugins that he see successful server networks has done. there are also plugins that has been on the server that are now bugging out such as the chest shops plugin. now with the claim system it has changed from you can claim in all maps and up and all the way down to bedrock to only in the overworld from Y:50 up and not in the nether or in the end at all period. it has led to so much greif in the nether and in the end due to just a lot of people like to build in there.
Now to THE IRC,
Today alone my girl was abused and harrassed by both Jox and Combz calling her a whore and my relationship as well as harrassed my unborn child ( log here http://pastebin.com/fRXEDXcf ) and just non-stop abuse from Jox and Combz
This has been non stop and ever since i started my own public server, it was going on more and more from the staff of World of Minecraft and i mean ALL STAFF.
Snow if you dont like this post. oh well i am allowed to speak my mind on here without any punishment by the staff as long as i follow the basic rules of the forums and i am.
the ONLY way i will be back on World of Minecraft is if H4X himself ask me to come back.
The Nether Hub and shops are still mine even after i leave. that means you can not add to it or mod it in any way shape or form or it will still be griefing. The same goes for my stuff that is out 29 million+ by 29 million and at spawn and even the items in my nether chest. All my stuff is still mine in all aspect.
Again this is also sent to H4X himself so he can see it un-modify for himself

This bothered me more then anything else you said because it's just a blatant, outright lie. The only staff member that knows Snow in real life is Spud. And that was only after spud was a lready a staff member. All of the other staff members became staff without ever speaking to Snow, or knowing him in real life, or through any other means than on the World of Minecraft servers or forum.

Except all the grief in the nether and end gets rolled back and the griefers banned, just like grief anywhere else? Not exactly a big deal. The grief problem anywhere on the server is minimal to non existent. You warning people not to grief you on the other hand is much more common than someone actually griefing something.

I thought nichbal left because he got accepted into the Navy nursing program, not from MrSnow's flesh eating, power hungry, ego? Fudge this rant.

Seeing as when I first joined the easter server it was advertised as vanilla, that sounds nice.

Who the f*** are you and what the f*** do you know about this server? You call this Snows playground? That he doesn't care? I might not be the most experienced World of Minecraft player, but Snow isn't selfish. I know Snow moderately well and he gives up so much time for people to play and then sees idiots like you come over because of a petty bitchfight and spread sh*t around here. That's not how it works. Snow quits right this moment and it will be people like you saying why is the server down.
People like you disgust me. Someone I know really well, Combz, there is more to the story than that. Who cries over a few words said to them? I respect your emotions but I find it hilarious when words hurt. I would paste Skype logs of chats I have daily but that would instantly get me banned so I'm leaving it out.
Ending on a positive note, I like how you had the courage to take some time and post your opinions.

Ok look you all may hate my fiance and you may think that he's an utter disrespect to the staff and snow but think twice on what you say cause in all aspect he hasn't done anything that offense to make you all hate his guts.. i may not have gotten to know you all very well accept for very few who i adore playing with and chatting with i'm shocked by your reactions i thought that people had hearts and weren't so cold maybe i was wrong but it doesn't mean that you should go and BASH my husband like that if your not happy about something speak with me about it but don't make it seem like i'm not going to sit back and watch him get stepped all over by people that rarely know him like i do

all i have to say about this is ssfdre is an a****** and completely up himself, but a valid point is still valid regardless of who made it
even when i was a member of staff we all (staff) abused him, but he deserved it
as for how staff member were picked, originly it was a sorta group vote between h4x, moujave and tridden but now it seems u can get staff just by befreinding another staff member (no offence to any1 that got staff via this methiod)
y is jox even allowd of irc still, ive seen pple perma banned for less then what he dose (on #World of Minecraft)
and lastly note how pretty much ll the original staff (BS*) are now gone, correct me if im wrong but is that not a sign

I find it some what concerning that people think the server is "my playground"
Yes, past idea's havent worked but I dont do stuff to compromise the servers, most things I work on are either on a test server or my local server.
Everything that goes wrong is not becuase of me "playing" around, its becuase a plugin goes haywire or we have a memory leak
Most of the down time in the past few months have been required, other times I just work behind the scenes then have to reboot for changes to take effect.
I don't just do stuff for the hell of it, don't believe everything you hear, I'm not a 12 year old.

Yes, I did hit your dogs, but even if i was not 'trusted' I still could have, Not once did I kill one.
If you take that as a serious reason to be upset, maybe online gaming is not for you, If you can't handle people having harmless fun with you that did not involve any personal attacks or emotional scarring.
It has been nearly a month since i have even hit them, I don't even know how it comes into context, Or even taken as some 'serious' staff mater, Since then I have lessened the 'trolling' all round.

In comparrison to the rest of the internet, World of Minecraft is a controlled environment, Give or take the less strict #World of Minecraft irc which is more aimed towards our older members.
I may act as if I am nothing but a troll, There is absolutely no reason for the minecraft 'game' to be taken to this level for anyone involved, or mentioned.
Yet again @ssfdre38, I apologise fcomparisonor my hitting your virtual dogs if it has somehow added to your serious negative views for the muliplayer videogame server hosted by World of Minecraft.

Suppose I'll chime in.
I met snow through World of Minecraft, after I was moderator (having chatted for a while) I was out of work after my company went under and snow passed my resume through to his work. I met him around then and about a month later I went admin.
My choice for admin was probably partly influenced indirectly by knowing snow In that after meeting me he gave me more server work to do, so when World of Minecraft needed another admin I was a logical choice.
For anyone who has complaints about staff or trusted please screenshot and/or grab, jupiter, sonardo or myself. (Or send one of us a PM or grab us on IRC or in-game)
Server wise, things will always change. If you're unhappy with changes or wish to provide constructive feedback the forum is a good place for it.
If griefing is an issue report it and we'll roll it back. (I know this became an issue with the nether hub, I'll probably look into getting claims up to a more usable standard)
IRC chatlog is messy and all parties are at fault on that one.
Unless you'd like me to comment on that I'll leave it alone.
Finally, keep in mind if at some point in the future we do switch to a new map, we are unlikely to move those things of yours without you asking in a build move thread, so if you are still attached to them, pop in on the forums every once in a while to keep an eye on what's going on.

I have never met Snow. The first time I've talked to him, on internet or real life, was when he asked me to be trusted.

I believe there is a excellent staff on World of Minecraft compared to all the other servers out there. Everybody's not perfect, but I see that World of Minecraft has a very dedicated, and trustworthy staff which is something not found to often these days. That is something to treasure. World of Minecraft has (since Realms), always been very selective on who they chose to be apart of their staff and I respect them because of that. They aren't just a community that accepts any old fly-by wacko to moderate and abuse the powers. The staff here, I see, is very hard working and dedicated to the beneficiary of World of Minecraft and it's members, something many community administrators desire. I do not see any abuse of the powers. If you call the enforcement of the rules power abuse, then you are mistaken on what rules are. With any server, community, and even government, you don't go and break the set rules. If you do, then their are consequences (you should know this, but if your mother never enforced discipline or at least laid down basic rules, then it might be hard for you to grasp this ideology). And a VERY basic rule, don't piss people off and drive them to their breaking point. Your going to get b-smacked for doing so (something that always has been in place since the dawn of mankind). And liberals like you like to rant and rant and go on and on about it, but really, just shut up. Fudge this rant.
I didn't know Dan was your gf (if I even believe in online dating). What's wrong with MrSnowGlobe dedicating his time to improve the server? It's not like he is going to get it perfect the first try dude, there is something called trial and error every great man has gone through. And MrSnowGlobe is just trying to do what is best for the server. Trying to make it fun, new, and exciting to bring people in and keep them happy (nothing wrong with that), that is one of the reasons why he was given a administrative position. Nothing wrong with changing the name of the PvP Server to Hunger Games. I like dem Hunger Games. And nothing is wrong with updating the server to current day standards (I would like to dedicated this scentence to MrSnowGlobe, for keeping World of Minecraft in the league on the Minecraft network and making sure it has it's proper upgrading from time to time, I seriously don't know what World of Minecraft would be like today without him and the work he has put into this community, for the community. Just an amazing job you've done, don't let these ranters get to you. Keep up the superb work). Fudge this rant.
