I have recently gone through my things and found an enchanted book by Lunick. For those of youse who are interested, the title of the book is House Review.
In that book we have page 1 of 1 "I like your house:>".
This is the chest he left me that the enchanted book was in.
This is the house he liked.
The house is not far from his last building.
All this maybe up for auction or private sale.
