Hey Guys, Yes, I realize that I have like no posts. I do plan on contributing to the forum when I get some free time though! :)

Anyways My Question is this:
Okay, I want to edit myAlpha game save with NBTedit (Or anything else that does the job, post below :P)
So this is a two part question:
1. I have Boot Camp on my Mac (So I am running Windows 7 as well as OS X.) My Windows 7 Partition has access to my OS X partition, so I can access the game files from my Windows side. Can I edit the files from my Windows side?
2. Where are the game files located on the Hard Drive? (Like the file path)
Any help would appreciated!
Thanks in advance! :)

easy

you can find the level.dat in your C:users/*yourname*/library/application support/minecraft/saves/*yourworld...1,2 etc*/

then you could edit the level.dat file, I just tried it, it seemed to work

On a Mac...

The Alpha save files are located at:
~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/saves

Hope this helps!
