On the SMP what is the max claim blocks allowed to have?
Also what is the max size for a claim allowed (i.e 100x100 or ????)

Just asking this becuase I am making something that is 100x100 although might be bigger than that!

anyway is there any other commands that I should know about that aren't displayed on this site? And only displayed in the game.

Hiya,

Not certain but I've heard the max amount of claimable blocks is 180,000 so you should be good there. As for the size I really have no idea and if you did max the size then you could just make a second claim right next to it =D
Other commands? Erm nothing really important other than /buyclaimblocks AMOUNT and uh warps ex. /warp awsomeshop <--mah store =) also to ask someone if you can teleport to them is /tpa USERNAME there are a few minor things here and there but are never really used. If you need more help feel free to contact me in-game when I am on.
Hope I helped,
Edit:
There is also currency used so to check your current amount of money /money =D

Claiming blocks

I am having a lot of trouble understanding how to use the wood shovel and claiming blocks. I have gone from clicking on a block and then going to the opposite diagonal corner and clicking a block there. I get the message that the area is too small. I am trying to do a large area that will redo all the many many little ones I have all over the place. I would like to consolidate into one large combined area. Can you help me understand how to do this.

Thank you in advance.

....

It needs to be claimed in a 10x10 area at the minimum and you might be on someone else's claim.

Claiming over previous claims.

rbsslc, you'll need to remove the smaller claims first before you can create a claim over them. You're smaller claims that you'll need to remove should become visible with redstone and netherrack borders after attempting to lay a claim over them.
